Adding new filter options for HIPAA and Marketing Consent, Last Updated dates for both HIPAA and Marketing, VCards
The new filters will allow members to filter down the contact list based on the new criteria and create a blast message for these administrative tasks, such as updating HIPAA Consent (as some offices require this to be updated each year).
Adding new selection options within these filter dropdowns. The new filters are as seen below. One or more filters may be picked at a time.
When selecting the HIPAA Last Updated or Marketing Last Updated filters, the member will have the ability to choose the time frame they wish to search.
When using the DOB filter, the member will now have the ability to search for the following options:
When using the HIPAA Consent or Marketing Consent filters, the member can choose from the following options:
We have also added in a V-Card Filter. Click here for more information regarding V-Cards.
Inbox List View
Outbound messages in an inbox will have a blue outline. This is a replacement of the solid blue text bubble.
Blast Manager
We have moved the Campaign view from the Conversation Activity page in Analytics to the Manger Tab.
We have also enhanced the Blast Manager to include the ability to create a saved list after sending the message Blast (if the Blast was not sent from a saved list-such as a Blast sent from the Appointment Manager).
