Contact Page Updates

Great News! Rhinogram has made it far easier to manage and communicate with your patient populations by adding more filters and search capabilities,  giving the option to manage (create/add/remove) tags for up to 2000 contacts at once, as well as the ability to send a RhinoBlast from the contact page.

With these new features you will be able to :

  • Contact list with 50 contacts per page.

  • Filter by tags - list will display contacts that match all tags selected.

  • Search by contact name, date of birth or Id to further narrow a search.

  • Send a blast to up to 50 contacts that meet the same search criteria.

  • Create new tags, apply tags to the selected contacts or remove tags from the selected contacts, for up to 2000 contacts at once.

Use Cases :

  1. Bulk apply or remove tags from 2000 patients

    1. If a new provider joins the practice - quickly tag all of their patients with the provider name

    2. If a set of patients go to the same office location or have the same medical condition.

    3. Remove patients from a wait list that have already been seen.

  2. Filter the list and message contacts

    1. Find all patients with the same last name and message all members of that family

    2. Filter the list for all patients that see a particular doctor and have the same medical condition to send them a message.

Appointment Enhancements

We have enhanced our integration capabilities by capturing vital Provider and appointment status data as it exists in your EHR, also displaying full details of past appointments.

Appointment Manager page will now have a tab to show “past appointments” as well as “upcoming appointments”

Appointment Manager will contain new columns to filter by Provider and EHR/PMS appointment status.

The Appointment Manager table will have 2 new columns of information - Provider, and EHR/PMS Status

Use cases

  1. Dr is ill and needs to blast all of the patients with an appointment for that day to inform them.

  2. Need to message all patients that failed to attend their appointment yesterday to get them rescheduled.

  3. Need to follow up with all patients that attended yesterday’s appointments to have them complete a satisfaction survey or send them their educational material.

  4. When communicating with a patient - easily see when their last appointment was or which provider they saw.

Value

  1. Workflow efficiencies for staff members

  2. More control over how to segment the appointment list and who to reach out to.

  3. Works great when combined with RhinoBlast and RhinoForms.

Appointment Data

We’ve added a new section to manage how Provider data associated with appointments is displayed throughout Rhinogram. Go to Settings>Appointment data>Providers to edit the name of the providers as it displays about appointments. Any updates made in this section will display on the appointment manager and patient summary sections of Rhinogram.

FAQs

Why are my provider/status data missing for some/all appts?

If you have not created/edited the appointment since June 9th, then Rhinogram will not yet have captured this update. Once you edit the appointment (eg: change status) then we would expect the provider/status data to display upon next refresh of data. Until then, the provider and status field will display as blank.

Why are my appointment status data not yet displaying in Rhinogram, even though I have recently edited the appointment?

This may be due to refresh times for appointment data. For some connections this may take a few minutes and for some it is a nightly refresh.

How do I change the Provider name, if I don't like how it displays in Rhinogram?

Go to settings>Appointment data>Provider tab to edit the 'display name' field. Whatever is saved in that field is what will display on the appointment manager and patient profile.

Why do I notice that some of my appointments are not displaying?

This is because the appointment is marked as canceled or deleted in your PMS system. Once canceled/deleted, the appointment will no longer display within Rhinogram (unless canceled through a codified response of 2).

What is the difference between PMS/EHR status and Appointment Status?

PMS/EHR status is the status of the appointment as per your PMS system.

Appointment status maps the status from your PMS to a Rhinogram confirmation status to display whether the appointment has been confirmed/unconfirmed/canceled.

How far back will I be able to search for past appointments?

Rhinogram attempts to retrieve past appointment data for the last 18 months by default. However, with some PMS/EHR connections a backfill is not possible. In such cases, past appointment data will be available since the time that your integration connection was enabled.

Please note, this backfill does not apply to provider and status data fields. These fields will update as you edit appointments.
