Enhancements


RhinoCall 


Check out our exciting new enhancements to our newest feature RhinoCall :


Call Forwarding :

  • Rhinogram has updated the  mobile workflow to place an outgoing call from the member's device to a  designated Bandwidth number. 

  • In the Rhinogram app, members will be able to enter what they would like the callback number to be in the “Your Phone Number” field. 

  • The call will be actually made from the number in the “From” field but will display as the number in the “Your Phone Number” field. 




Default Number Format Issue :

On the Rhinogram mobile application, in order to improve unnecessary connections, members will not be able to make a call if the “Your Mobile Number” field is blank or in an incorrect format.

  • If Your Mobile Number is filled in with what looks like a correct number, then “call” will be clickable and change to green.  

  • If Your Mobile Number is blank, then the “call” option will be grayed out.







Capturing Call Status :

When a call is ended, members  will see a small window with a dropdown to capture a quick log action.

If “Submit” is selected, Rhinogram will collect one of the below actions when selected:

  • Connected

  • Left Voice Message

  • No Answer




Rhinogram now has a new version of the app available in the ios and Android stores.

Smart Form 


Rhinogram is now  offering an option for displaying completed forms that are created via PDF import in either the existing online form view or in a new ‘overlay’ view. 

  • Existing forms will maintain their current ‘online’ view display, but it is possible to change this setting to the overlay view, if desired.  

  • RhinoForm admin Members will have the ability to switch to a different form display option while editing or creating in the ‘settings’ section at the top of the form page.


The experience for the patient will remain the same. It is only when a patient submits the form, the selected display setting will be applied.


As a member :

  1. When creating a new form template we can now show the ‘Form Submission Display’ option if the member selects the pdf type. 

(If started from scratch then the Form Submission Display option is not visible) 

  1. By default ‘Online Form’ is selected for new and existing forms.

  2. The RhinoForms Admin has the ability to switch between the form options while editing or creating the document. (This option can be utilized after the form has been published, but editing the current form) 

  3. When a patient submits the form , whichever display setting the  form template is set to will be applicable.

*Please note: When utilizing the overlay option, please verify the answers are overlaid over the correction area of the original form.*

 iOS Users : Volume Control in Safari    


Rhinogram has added a volume control for iOS users on RhinoVideo. Members who are iOS users will have the option to adjust their volume within Safari.

Cloud9 Daytime Sync 


Exciting News ! The Rhinogram/Cloud9 integration  is now set up for daytime sync. This means that appointment data will now refresh every 15 minutes. 





Platform



Non-Textable Numbers 


  • When receiving an error that a phone number is not textable, Rhinogram will save that information and warn  the member about sending messages to that phone number.

 


  • Members will be able to unblock the number if they confirm that the number is an actual number and will be able to retry sending the message.
