What is a Non-Textable Number?

When receiving an error that a phone number is not textable, Rhinogram will save that information and warn  the member about sending messages to that phone number.

Can this status be changed if the number is a confirmed textable number?

Members will be able to unblock the number if they confirm that the number is an actual number and will be able to retry sending the message.

Identify the number that has been marked as Non-Textable

Select the Non-Texable number as the number to send you message to. Type your message, or select the template you wish to send. When you click Send a pop-up window will appear asking if you are sure you'd like to send your message to this number. If you are sure, click "Yes, Send".

If the message is delivered, the number will automatically be marked as textable in Rhinogram.
