When an organization is using Rhinogram Appointment Reminders, if Codified Responses are being used for confirmation or cancellation, a new message will appear:
To enable the Automated Response Messages, click expand on the container, and you will have the option to enable the Confirmation Message and/or the Cancellation Message.
