Block/Disable Sending Manual Text Messages on Conversation Thread Screen for Minors (<18)
Organizations can now choose to disable/block the ability for their members to have a conversation on a minor patient’s profile. Automated messages will still be sent.
This feature is best used in Rhinogram standalone (without any integration), or with an integration that includes responsible parties. Please reach out to Customer Success to discuss if this feature is a good fit for your practice’s set-up at success@rhinogram.com
Bug Fix: Appointment Reminder EHR Status Trigger
Integrated Organizations can choose to send pre or post appointment reminder messages based on the appointment status. Ex: sending a post appointment survey only to patients whose appointment has been dismissed, excluding those that no-showed. For more information click here.
This feature is for ALL Organizations.
