Table of Contents

      • Manage Offices associated with campaigns

      • Default Campaign no longer required

    • Allow Members with Admin Role to Edit Integrated Contacts

    • RhinoBlast Max Beta (not available for Tops Ortho Users)

    • Update to Saved List Message Button

    • Group Inbox View Update

These features are for Integrated Organizations Only

  • Default Reminder Update
    • Previously our logic required organizations to have at least one default campaign active at all times. The new feature no longer requires organizations to select a default campaign. This allows for organizations to choose how to handle when an EHR/PMS does not import an appointment type into Rhinogram and the organization wants to send out an appointment campaign.

    • If no default campaign is selected, and an appointment comes into Rhinogram without an appointment type, no reminder message will be sent.

    • If a default campaign is selected, and an appointment comes into Rhinogram without an appointment type, the default campaign messages will be sent.

  • Allow Members with Admin Role to Edit Integrated Contacts

    • We have created a new permission that will allow Members to update the phone number of Integrated Contacts. Members with the Integrated Contact Editor Role will now be able to edit Integrated Contacts’ phone numbers directly in Rhinogram when they need to send the patient a message before the sync will happen with their PMS/EHR. There will be a pop up reminding the member to make the update in the PMS/EHR as well. (If the number is not updated in the PMS/EHR before the next sync, the number will revert to whatever is in the PMS/EHR). https://rhinogram.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/36000165857-integrated-vs-non-integrated-manual-entry-

    • To give this permission to Members, a Member Admin will need to go to Settings>Roles>Select the Integrated Contact Editor Role>Edit Role>Add More Members>Select Members>Update Role.

These features are for ALL Organizations

  • RhinoBlast Max (Beta) (Not available for Tops Ortho Organizations)

    • RhinoBlast is limited to sending to 50 contacts. We are currently Beta testing RhinoBlast Max, which will give organizations the ability to send RhinoBlast messages to 250 contacts at a time. Please contact Customer Success to inquire about being part of this Beta program at success@rhinogram.com

    • When RhinoBlast Max is enabled for your organization, pages that you can send RhinoBlasts from will increase from lists of 50 patients per page to 250 patients per page, with the select all on page button available at the top of the page. https://rhinogram.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/36000204258-rhinoblast-saved-lists

  • Update Message Button for Saved Lists

    • We have broken up the Edit Saved List action button so rather than ‘Update and Message’  there will be one button to Update and one button to Message. This will allow practices that want to start a blast with a saved list and edit that list and then send without having to save a new list. In the Blast Manager if this workflow is taken we will still note that a list was used to send the blast. https://rhinogram.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/36000204258-rhinoblast-saved-lists

  • Option to display Inbox in Oldest to Newest order

    • We have added the ability to view the open conversations in a group by Oldest to Newest. When a member clicks into a specific conversation thread and then back to the inbox the oldest to newest view will persist.
