Welcome to Rhinogram v3.11


After this version of Rhinogram was released on 1/12/23 at 8pm ET, some of our organizations’ After Hours Auto Responses and Out of Office Auto Responses stopped going out. Please make sure to check your inboxes today for any messages that may have come in after 8pm ET yesterday, as they may not have received an Auto Response as expected. We apologize for this inconvenience, and the fix for this issue will be implemented by end of business today.

Message Translation

Ukrainian is now supported in our message translation feature. 



Emoji Picker

We have added an Emoji Picker to our Compose Bar. This will be available in patient messaging, and team messaging. 




This Beta Feature does not affect topsOrtho Organizations.

With our latest release for 3.11, we are introducing the use of AI & Natural Language Processing (NLP) for beta testing. This feature will be used with “Patient Initiated Messages” (“PIM”) to categorize what their request is to provide “Suggested Routing” & “Auto Routing” workflows. Organizations are able to set up the Routing Manager to match the appropriate customer workflows for your specific needs for each category.

These workflows can be set up to route a conversation to a particular group or member. The flows can be set up in a fully automated routing process or a hybrid workflow with suggested routing.


The value this will bring with automation is to free up your workforce to spend more time with your patients in person and alleviate the administrative task that can be taken on by our AI.
