Why are none of my providers names showing up?
Rhinogram received a long ID from Dolphin rather than the name of the Provider. Therefore we have deliberately left this field blank, so that you can add in the name of the Provider. Once you have done this in the Appointment Data tab, the Provider name will display along with the appointment data.
