Are you having issues with inbound messages from Facebook not showing in Rhinogram?
Are you having issues with your outbound messages from Rhinogram not displaying in Facebook?
If you answered yes to either question above, this article will help solve this issue for your practice.
Note: You will need correct permissions in Rhinogram to perform the steps outlined below. Contact the Super User/Admin team member in your office for further assistance.
1. Login to Rhinogram and Select the Gear (Settings) icon in the lower left corner
2. Select Channels
3. Select the Facebook channel (Note: if you have multiple Facebook pages linked to Rhinogram, you will need to perform these steps for each Facebook channel independently.)
4. Select Edit Channel
5. Select the blue "Re-Authorize Facebook" button.
6. This will give you a prompt asking if you want to continue with the same login credentials that were used previously. Simply select YES and follow the prompts/steps.
7. When the re-authorization is complete, select Update Channel at the bottom of the page.
Facebook traffic (inbound/outbound) will now sync with Rhinogram as expected.
