Messages Failing to AT&T-Issue Resolved

UPDATE 1/29/25 12:39 PM ET: We have been advised that a fix has been implemented downstream that should resolve this issue. The Rhinogram engineers have also removed the non-textable label that was erroneously placed on the contacts' phone numbers.


UPDATE 1/28/25 10:21 AM ET: Our provisioning partner is still working with their downstream peer to resolve this issue.


Our provisioning partner is currently working with their downstream peers to remediate an issue that is causing some messages to AT&T customers to be erroneously marked as failed due to the numbers being non-textable.
