Inbound Message Delays for some Rhinogram organizations

Some Rhinogram organizations may be experiencing Inbound Message delays. It is important to note, not all Rhinogram customers are impacted. 


One of our provisioning partners has been experiencing significant delays intermittently over the last couple of weeks. Rhinogram has escalated this to our provisioning partner and they are actively researching.


Rhinogram is also developing a strategy for moving those impacted to a different provisioning partner. We will provide more details as soon as possible.
