Outbound Message Outage

From Jan 10th to Jan 12th, Rhinogram experienced an outage that caused outbound messages to fail but not display a failure indicator. If you have our appointment reminders enabled or sent a time sensitive text, please be aware that some patients might report that they did not receive their message if it was sent or scheduled to go out on this specific weekend.
