Failed outbound messages that include Image file attachments - Post 3.5.8 Release

We have received multiple reports of Failed outbound messages.

We have identified the issue and it has been escalated to our Engineers, who are actively working to resolve the issue.

Details of the issue can be found below:

Any outbound text that includes an image file attachment will fail.

If the attachment is over the 600kb size limit which converts the image to a link (rather than sending as an attachment), the message will send without an issue.

For now, if you need to send an outbound message that includes an image attachment and the attachment size is 600KB or less (thus resulting in the image being sent as an Attachment vs. a LINK), we recommend:  Send the text in 1 message and the image in a separate image (splitting the message into 2)

This is a temporary workaround to allow you to still send the message and attachment to the patient.

We will provide another update when available.

We appreciate your patience.
