Attempting to flip the camera on an Android camera may result in an error.
This is a known issue with some some Android devices, due to an update to the way android chrome handles media. The bug is at the browser level and currently effects all applications that use the rotate camera feature on androids in chrome (with the latest OS). Customers should advise patients that if they are using an Android device, it is possible this feature will not work. We are actively monitoring the updates from google to know when it will be resolved.

Multiple blast messages are failing.
If a practice attempts to send multiple blast messages within a short time frame, some text messages will fail. To avoid this issue immediately, attempt to send a blast message to a group and wait several minutes before sending another blast message to a group of contacts. This will allow the message queue time to clear. Our engineering team is working on solutions to help resolve this permanently.
