June 16, 2020 Outbound Message Update

Rhinogram has identified the cause of the outbound message failure reported by our customers today. 


Outbound messages were not being sent to contacts between 4:15pm and 5:38pm eastern time.


All messages sent during this time frame were "saved" in our message queue. 


Please note these messages did not "fail" they were sent to a queue for processing, and the queue did not process properly. This resulted in the messages not being delivered to your patients as expected.


Once this issue was identified the Rhinogram Engineers successfully resolved the problem.  All messages in the queue have been processed. 


This means your patients should have now received any and all communication from your office.



Customers using Rhinogram Appointment Reminders may experience duplicate reminders sent to patients as a result.
