Appointment Reminders issues have been resolved

UPDATE 12/20/2020:


The problem of Appointment Reminders not sending to patients with upcoming appointments has been resolved.


When processing our backlog of reminders, some messages were processed multiple times resulting in patients receiving multiple automated reminders (this would be in addition to any manually sent via Rhinoblast messages).

We have had numerous reports of Appointment Reminders being down. 


Appointment reminders were expected to be sent out this weekend for appointments today and tomorrow (Monday, December 20 - Tuesday, December 21st). 


Our Engineers are actively working on this issue as a HIGH priority this morning.


As soon as we have more information to relay, we'll post an update here.

As a temporary workaround:


Navigate to the Appointment Manager within Rhinogram.


Select the appointments by checking to corresponding checkbox to the left of each appointment or the header at the top to select up to 50 appts.



Select the Message Contacts button (blue banner - far right) to send a Rhinoblast message using a typed message or a pre-configured template. 


Any member trying to use Rhinoblast must have the appropriate Roles/Permissions to do so.
