July 10, 2020 Messages disappearing and reports of being "kicked out" of Rhinogram

Between the hours of 8:10-9:14 am ET this morning, Rhinogram had an issue with messaging.
During this time messages were sent and received; however, there is an active issue with displaying the messages that were sent during this time period in the conversation thread.
Our Engineering team are attempting to restore these events to the thread with the highest of priority.
All messages sent after 9.14am ET are displaying as expected.
