Automated Messages/RhinoBlast Delays

Update 2/14/24 8:35am ET: The automated message/RhinoBlast message delay has been resolved. We thank you for your patience!


As of 11am ET today, 2/13/24, we were made aware of delays in our outbound messaging queues due to a larger than normal amount of automated messages. The engineering team has been able to increase throughput, and there is no longer a delay in individual messages being sent. We are still working through the backlog of automated messages/RhinoBlast messages in the queue. Please expect a current delay of a couple of hours for automated messages and RhinoBlast messages.
