Outbound Message Failures

UPDATE 9/28/23 4:35PM ET: The provisioning partner has let us know that they are observing expected network behavior. Their teams remain engaged to ensure prolonged stability and normal message deliverability.

Failed messages sent during the outage will need to be resent.


UPDATE: 9/28/23 4:02PM ET: We have received a notification from our provisioning partner that their teams are investigating an incident impacting Outbound Messaging. Messages may not complete as expected. All teams are actively working to restore expected networking behavior. 

We are aware that we are currently experiencing outbound message failures. We are currently working to resolve the issue, and will provide an update as soon as we can.
