AWS is Experiencing an Issue Impacting the Search Functionality within Rhinogram

UPDATE 6/14/23 8:00AM ET: This issue is considered resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused your practices. 


UPDATE 5:23pm: We are noticing functionality in the search coming back as well as with outbound messaging. At this time, there are related delays in the inboxes updating. Please make sure you are refreshing your browser periodically to keep messages from being missed. 



We are aware of an issue with AWS that is currently impacting our Search function and outbound messaging. Inbound messaging is not affected at this time.


Our Engineering team is actively monitoring the situation with AWS.


We will provide more information as we can.
