Inbound SMS Delays from Verizon-Resolved

UPDATE 11/3/22 2:04 PM ET: Teams have confirmed that Verizon, along with the industry vendor, is delivering inbound SMS Traffic with successful message delivery. We will continue to monitor to ensure continued stability.


UPDATE 11/3/22 11:23 AM ET: Teams are observing some inbound messages complete as expected. Teams remain engaged with Verizon and this industry vendor to ensure inbound messages are received.


UPDATE 11/3/222 9:08 AM ET: Teams remain engaged with Verizon and this industry vendor as they work to restore inbound SMS from Verizon.


UPDATE 11/2/22 9:05 PM ET: "The issue with the upstream routing has been identified and the relevant parties are engaged and working on mitigation. The changes they're making will most likely take through the day tomorrow to take full effect."


Our provisioning partner has reported Inbound SMS delays from Verizon. They are working with the carrier to resolve this issue. We will post updates as we receive them. We apologize for the inconvenience to you and your patients!
