SMS/MMS Outbound Messages Failing

UPDATE 5/4/22 11:07AM ET: Messages to T Mobile began going through at 11:0AM ET. This issue is considered resolved. Messages that failed during the outage would have been lost and not queued for delivery.


UPDATE FROM OUR PROVISIONING PARTNER 5/4/22 9:55AM ET: Currently we are investigating an increase in the number of message failures to T Mobile over ten digit long code. We are engaged with our messaging peer and will provide additional updates as soon as possible.




One of our provisioning partners are investigating issues with SMS/MMS outbound message failures.


Their engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue and will provide updates until resolved.
