AWS is Experiencing Increased Error Rates That Will Impact Functionality within Rhinogram

Update 12/7/21 7:35pm ET With the network device issues resolved, we are now working towards recovery of any impaired services. We have observed normal behaviors in the Rhinogram app.


Update 12/7/21 2:24pm ET We are pursuing multiple mitigation paths in parallel, and have seen some signs of recovery, but we do not have an ETA for full recovery at this time.


AWS is currently experiencing increased error rates that will impact some functionality within Rhinogram. 


Functionality impacted may include, but not limited to:


1. Video

2. Message Translation

3. Search

4. Integrations (could be delayed)

5. Messaging (Inbound and Outbound)



Our Engineering team is actively monitoring the situation with AWS.
