Why are my notifications not working while using Internet Explorer?

Internet Explorer does not support Rhinogram's desktop notifications. If you are using this browser and are currently wondering how you can still receive notifications, we suggest downloading the mobile application on your smartphone. The Rhinogram application will notify you according to your mobile phone's notification settings. If you have the ability to download a different browser to your desktop, there are multiple other options that support the desktop notifications for Rhinogram.

What browsers can I use instead of IE to receive these types of notifications?

  • Google Chrome

  • FireFox

  • Safari

  • Opera

Are your notifications still not working?

The last way to troubleshoot your desktop notifications would be to asses your current firewall. We have had times where office's have a very strong firewall installed and this prevents our notifications from coming through. We advise you to contact your technically support team and have them white list Rhinogram to allow these to come through. This process might take a bit longer to resolve. If you need further assistance with this situation, please reach out to us directly.
