How can I follow a conversation?
A Member can follow a conversation thread by selecting Follow or clicking on the Star icon in the thread list view. This will put the message into that Member’s Following Task List. To unfollow, a Member can un-star a message or click on the Unfollow button in the menu. You can access this menu by entering into a message thread, selecting the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner, and selecting follow or unfollow. 
What does following a conversation do?
If you follow a conversation you will be updated every time a new action takes place on that conversation. This feature keeps you in the loop for that message if you are not the one conversing with the patient/contact or it has been assigned out to another team member and you no longer have access to the message.
