What is the RhinoSecure channel and how is it different from the other channels?

The RhinoSecure channel offers end to end encryption for patient communications. Unlike Facebook or texting, when a Member uses the RhinoSecure channel, the contact or patient, will be sent a link to login to the Rhinogram Application from their device.

In the RhinoSecure channel PNG, JPEG, JPG, BMP, and GIF files up to 50 MB will be sent as an attachment. All other files up to 50MB will be sent as a link.

When communicating using the RhinoSecure channel, it will act exactly the same way as text messaging, so a Member can still use the template library and apply notes within the conversation.

Is there a limit to how many RhinoSecure channels an organization can setup?

Currently, an organization can have an unlimited amount of phone numbers and RhinoSecure channels.
