What does the billing section allow me to do?

If you have Billing Permissions, you can:

  • View Plan Details

  • View Usage Details

  • View Projected Bill

  • Edit Billing/Payment Info

  • Update Billing Address

  • Download Payment Receipts


How do I view my Plan Details?

By navigating to Billing under Organization Settings as a Member with Billing permissions, at the very top of the page you'll see your plan details.


If you have questions about your plan, overages and plan charges, you should refer to your agreement or reach out to your Rhinogram Success Representative.


How do I view my Usage information?

On the Billing Page below Plan Details, you'll find the Current Usage section. 



Here you will see the usage for you current billing cycle. Your usage is updated every time you access this page, so it may change prior to the end of your billing cycle. Here you will see all utilization that could affect your monthly bill. Text messages beyond those included in your plan will appear in red. 


Where can I find an estimate of my upcoming bill?

The Estimated Bill section of the Billing Settings page is the best place to see a preview of what your bill will be based on you current utilization.


This section will give you an overview of your bill including next bill date, total plan charges, any discounts or coupons applied and a total estimate as of the day you are viewing. It's important to be aware that as you use Rhinogram, add members and send messages your usage amounts will change and can potentially affect your total bill. 


How do I update my payment information for Rhinogram?

A member with Billing Administrative permissions can login to Rhinogram and navigate to Settings, then Billing in order to update your payment information. Once there, you can scroll down to the Payment Method section and click Change Payment Method. Once you've finished loading your new payment method, the new method will immediately take effect. You cannot have more than one payment method on file at any one time.


Where can I access my payment History for Rhinogram?

Under Billing, you'll see a section called Billing History. Each payment you've made to Rhinogram will be located here and you'll be able to download those invoices and receipts as PDFs by clicking the link to the right of the payment in question.


How do I update my Billing Contact information?

The billing contact information must match the card or account on file in order to successfully save your payment method. If you've tried to update your credit card, but are getting an error message you likely need to check the Billing Contact information to make sure it's correct and associated with your payment method. You can do so by navigating to the Billing Contact section and selecting Update Billing Contact.
