How do I add an Office?

If you have Administrative permissions, you will have access to the Office Settings page. 


If you’re able to access the Office Settings page, you can create a name and address for one or multiple office locations within your organization, which can help when sending Appointment Reminders.


What do offices do?

If you're an integrated organization and your PMS/EHR sends location information into Rhinogram along with the rest of the appointment details for a scheduled appointment, then offices help Rhinogram determine and decide what phone number a message will come from. The Rhinogram Success Team will configure this for your office when you setup Appointment Reminders.
