What are Forms Rules?
Organizations that utilize Appointment Reminders and RhinoForms have the ability to utilize conditional logic to send forms to patients with their reminders based on the Age of the patient (on the date of their appointment).
How are the Rules enabled?
Below the Message Preview in the Appointment Reminder edit screen there is a toggle to Enable Forms Attachment Rules.
When the toggle is enabled the member will be able to add one or more Rules for sending forms with the Reminder Message. The "IS" options are Greater Than (or equal to), Less Than (or equal to), and Between. The member will be able to select the criteria age in Years, Months, and Days.
\What is an example use case of using Forms Rules?
An example of use for this would be the ability to use the same appointment type for all New Patients, and now given the ability to send Adult paperwork to patients over 18, and the Child paperwork to patients under 18.
