Why would I need to clear my cookies when using RhinoForms?

Occasionally there may be a display issue when creating RhinoForms. The first step to resolving is to clear the browsers cookies. Remember, all web browsers are supported except Internet Explorer. 


From a Windows Machine


Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More .

  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  6. Click Clear data.

 

Safari

  1. From the home screen, Select Settings > Safari.

  2. At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, Select Clear cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.

  3. Confirm when prompted.

 

 

From a Mac/Apple Machine


Chrome

  1. On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.

  2. Select Preferences

  3. Select the Clear browsing data link.

  4. In the data drop-down menu, select the time range where you want to clear browsing data.

  5. Select the Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files checkboxes.

 

In Safari 

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Select “Preferences” from the dropdown Safari menu.

  3. Click on “Privacy,” then on “Manage Website Data.”

  4. Click on “Remove all” from the dropdown menu.
