What is a Banner Alert?

Banner Alerts in Rhinogram are used as an immediate notification to all Members who are actively using Rhinogram. The banner appears across the top of the Rhinogram application on both mobile and desktop versions.

What does a blue Banner Alert mean?

A blue Banner Alert is general information from the Rhinogram team that everyone in an organization should read. Often a blue Banner Alert will include information about a product release full of new features, or a general reminder.

What does a red Banner Alert mean?

A red Banner Alert is urgent information from the Rhinogram team that everyone in an organization should read. Rhinogram recommends that the Super User is notified of any red Banner Alerts. Rhinogram uses the Red (urgent) Banner Alert cautiously.

How can a Member remove the Banner Alert?

Once the Member has reviewed the information in the Banner, they have an option to leave it there or close it out. To close it out, the Member will simply click the 'x' at the far right corner of the banner.

How long will this Banner Alert stay on a Member's screen?

The Rhinogram Success Team will remove the Banner Alert after a given amount of time, depending on the content.
