As a healthcare provider, there are several steps you can take today to keep your patients, staff and practice safe:

  • Pre-screen and provide pre-visit instructions to your patients through text message or Facebook messenger.

  • Have patient-initiated care conversations and answer questions and concerns–before they arrive at your facility.

  • Ask your patients to text when they arrive at your office and remain in their vehicles. Text them when your exam room is ready.

  • Conduct virtual visits through multimedia text messaging and file sharing.

  • Internal chat, message routing and @mention keep your team informed–even while remote.

  • Reduce phone call volume by 50% or more by continuously choosing to reach your patients using Rhinogram rather than picking up the phone.

How Are Other Providers Using Rhinogram During this Pandemic?

"Medical offices have good protocols and are screening patients, but they are screening them as they arrive. The most common I have seen is that a staff member is 100% dedicated to sit outside the clinic door and ask key screening questions. The problem with that is the host of the virus is present for the screening. The screening has to happen PRIOR to them coming to the office."

"We are asking patients to stay in their car and text us when they arrive. Then we text them when we are ready for them to come in."
