What is a Super User?

A Rhinogram Super User is someone within the practice that is a Rhinogram expert. This user has Administrative Permissions and is able to make adjustments to the organization, while assisting the staff with a successful implementation.


What is a Super User responsible for?
Super Users are involved in Rhinogram's initial set up, as well as maintaining the organization, which includes:

  • Attend the Launch call, when applicable
  • Attend all scheduled Rhinogram training sessions, which includes both Admin and Team Training
  • Provide RhinoMetric data to the Rhinogram team before and after go-live to monitor Rhinogram ROI (return on investment).
  • Assisting staff members with general questions
  • Creating, editing or deleting Groups
  • Setting Out of Office events
  • Adjusting Channel settings or integrating a Facebook account
  • Monitoring the Analytics Dashboard, Audit Log and Appointment Reminders/Appointment Manager if applicable
  • Creating, editing, or deleting Templates
  • Troubleshooting any possible issues
  • Contacting Rhinogram's success team for issues beyond their knowledge
  • Creating staff Roles
  • Adding, editing or deactivating Members
