What is the RhinoPay Manager?

RhinoPay Manager is a great way to reconcile payment requests sent against payments made by your contacts. Here, you can select a given date range and see all payment requests that were sent during that time frame.

At the top of the page, you will find "Total Payment Requests" which displays the total number of payment requests based on the date and any statuses you have selected.

What dates are available to choose from?

The RhinoPay manager defaults to "Last 7 days" when you initially access the page. However, you also have the ability to select one of the predetermined options listed below or select a custom date range. By choosing a custom date range, you may select any previous dates. Future dates are not supported.

What does each category mean?

  • Date - The date of the most recent Payment Request (Note: Payment requests can be resent. If a payment request has been sent multiple times, it displays the most recent date it was sent in this column.)

  • Amount - The payment request amount.

  • Note - Displays the note (if there was one) that was sent with the payment request. To view the note, hover over the note with your mouse.

  • Request Sent - Since payment requests can be sent multiple times, this will display how many times the individual payment request has been sent.

  • Status:

    • Sent: Request has been sent, but it has not been paid

    • Paid: The contact used the payment request link and made their payment

    • Canceled: The payment request has been cancelled manually or a new payment request has been sent causing the previous to be voided.

  • Paid Date: If the status is “Paid” this category will display the date the payment was made.

  • Contact - The contact the request was sent to

    • If you select the contact’s name, you will be taken to their conversation thread/record. This is how you will be able to access the contact quickly for further information or to resend a payment request.

What if I have sent a patient multiple different payment requests?

Each row represents a unique payment request. If a patient has been sent multiple requests, they will be displayed individually.

Can I sort the RhinoPay Manager data?

Yes, you have the capability to sort the data based on the categories listed above. The default sorting is based on the Date column with the most recent date/time displaying first. Each column within the manager can be sorted and it will sort across all pages if there are multiple.

What filter options are available?

You may filter the data based on Payment Status. Options include Sent, Paid or Cancelled.
