Rhinogram is a cloud-based solution which means it can be accessed via web browser on any device that has access to the internet. Rhinogram also offers support on both Android and iOS mobile devices like the iPad, iPhone, tablet or Android phone. Below you'll find a list of supported versions of browsers and operating systems.

Limited functionality
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11. All Rhinogram features are not available in this browser. Previous versions of Internet Explorer are not supported.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) and other enterprise security controls may limit the availability and function of Rhinogram features.
Hardware Requirements:
- Any device capable of meeting the Operating System and Web Browser requirements stated above.
- Internet access
- There is no minimum requirement for internet connection speed, however, an unstable connection will result in slow user experience.
- Network:

- Beta or test versions of any web browsers or operating systems
- Jailbroken, rooted or other devices that have been modified to bypass, override or remove manufacturer security controls
- Web browsers or operating systems not listed in this document
- Devices using TOR, VPNs and other anonymization technology
Rhinogram shall not be responsible for Client’s or Client’s patients’ failure to meet the above minimum requirements.
In addition to the above hardware and software requirements, Client and Client’s patients shall be solely responsible for all Internet and cellular connectivity necessary for the use of the Services.
Rhinogram will not be responsible for Client’s or a Client patient’s inability to use the Services arising from a failure of a third-party service.
