When an Admin is in the Edit Message screen in an appointment reminder campaign, they will be able to see if a message is enabled, and the hours before/after the appointment the message will be sent, without expanding the message box.
EHR Status Trigger Multi-Select
In the appointment reminder campaigns, there is an option to use an EHR Status Trigger for pre and post appointment reminder messages. This is now a Multi-Select option, instead of single choice. (The statuses shown in your organization will match the EHR Statuses sent from your EHR/PMS).
