Rhinogram has made updates to organization preferences, and appointment reminder campaigns.

This feature is for ALL Organizations


  • Conversation Thread Filtering Preference

    • Organizations will now have the option to choose how they wish their patient conversation threads to be filtered. This is an Organization preference that applies to all members in the organization, and can be updated by Admins. (Located under settings>preferences).

      • Default toggle to OFF - (current state) displays only conversations sent from the current channels for that group. (Members can select to view all channels that have been used to communicate with the patient using the green bar at the top of the conversation thread).

      • When toggle is switched ON - displays conversations sent from all channels.




These features are for Integrated Organizations Only (excluding topsOrtho Integrations)



  • Automated Post Appointment Messages

    • Admins will now have the ability when setting up the appointment reminder campaigns to select whether the message is sent X Hours before the appointment or after the appointment, by selecting Pre Appointment Message or Post Appointment Message. (Tip: forms, such as surveys can be attached to this message).



  • 2 Additional Appointment Reminder Messages

    • Organizations previously had the ability to send 1 Appointment Created Message, and 2 Reminder Messages. Now organizations have the ability to send up to 2 more Reminder Messages (for a total of 4 Reminders).
