Rhinogram has made an enhancement to our Tags to make the experience more user friendly, and fixed a bug related to Saved Lists.

These features are for ALL Organizations
Tags will display in alphabetical order.
There are currently 3 places where tags appear that will display A-Z. Previously there was no order to tags in the database therefore they would be in a random and different order for different sections which cause frustration and confusion.
Tags section- If a new tag is created once the save button is clicked the tag will be put in the appropriate place alphabetically

Bug Fix: Unable to Send RhinoBlast message from a Saved List
Click on Message contacts from the Summary Panel of a Saved List
Once a message is typed in or a template is selected the Message Modal, and the channel is selected from the dropdown the Member can click Send Message. The member is then able to see the Blast in the Blast Manager.

HIPAA Campaign
We have created a new way to help practices gather HIPAA consent from all of their patients automatically, and send reminders if they have not yet granted/denied consent via HIPAA Campaigns. Click HERE for more information.
