On Thursday November 14th, 2019 and Friday November 15th, 2019 there will be 2 maintenance periods.
1. Rhinogram will perform system maintenance between 9:00pm-9:15pm EST on Nov 14th
During that time, you will not be able to access your Rhinogram account. This means any outbound messages will not be processed. Inbound messages received during that time will still be processed but expect some delay.
2. Our Routing partner has scheduled maintenance early Friday morning, Nov 15th. The period will be from 1:00am- 2:59pm PST.
During this time frame, please be aware that intermittent message delays or message failures may occur.
