What is a RhinoVideo seat and how many seats does an organization need?

A RhinoVideo seat is a license and it defines how many RhinoVideo sessions (virtual visits) an organization can run concurrently.

Example: If an organization purchased 2 RhinoVideo seats, then only 2 virtual visits can be conducted at the same time. No one in the clinic would be able to start a 3rd virtual visit until one of the other sessions ended.

How long can a RhinoVideo session be?

A single RhinoVideo session can be up to 90 minutes long. Participants will see a timer at the top of their screen throughout the entire call. Once the 90 minutes have passed, the meeting will come to a stop and the link will expire.

Is there a limit on the number of people that can participate in a RhinoVideo session?

Each RhinoVideo session can have up to 3 participants, one host (the Member starting the session) and up to two participants.

How can a Member know there is a RhinoVideo session in progress?

RhinoVideo has a 'Call Status Indicator' in the blue navigation pane to indicate when a host is on a RhinoVideo call.

The Video icon will change based on the status of the video call.

Statuses include:

"Waiting” - Icon will display yellow/orange and read Waiting when the host has started a video call, but the participants have not yet joined.

“Connected” - Icon will display green and read Connected after participants have connected to the call.

Clicking on the icon at any point will take the member to the conversation thread with the video dialog in focus.

Is there a high-level way to see which contacts have completed a RhinoVideo session?
An Audit Log event is created at the end of each video call. Use the Audit Log to search for "RhinoVideo" sessions by selecting the "Category" filter and selecting RhinoVideo.

The event will include details of the call such as: Member Name, Date and Time Stamp, Duration of the Call, and Patient Name.
