A Member can send a file or attachment one of two ways in Rhinogram. Both methods begin in a message thread. If needed, change the Channel by clicking the arrows at the bottom.



Attach directly to a Patient or Team Message


Regular Text Message to Patient up to 1MB:

Image will be sent as a photo, not a link.


Regular Text Message to Patient over 1MB:

Image will be sent as a link. There will be a thumbnail preview of the image sent via the link.


 


Regular Message to a Team Member:

PNG, JPEG, JPG, BMP, and GIF files up to 50MB will send as an attachment. All other file types up to 50MB will be sent as as share link.


RhinoSecure: 

PNG, JPEG, JPG, BMP, and GIF files up to 50MB will send as an attachment. All other file types up to 50MB will be sent as as share link.


Facebook Messenger:
PNG, JPEG, JPG, BMP, and GIF files directly to a message the file size can be up to 25MB and will be sent as an attachment.  All other file types, up to 50MB will be sent as a share link.

Note: If sending a PDF or an image file over 600KB to 50MB to a contact, a Member must use the RhinoSecure Channel for Facebook Channel



Using a Template 




Files, images or videos can also be attached by first adding them to a Template. The file sizes for Template attachments can be seen below:
